India Shipping

We charge domestic shipping within India on actuals at checkout as per the weight of the order.

Courier units are counted in kilos for   delivery within India by our courier company

We charge INR 200 per kilo for delivery anywhere in India.

All orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of placing the order & making the payment unless otherwise specified in product description.

India shipping rates are subject to change anytime without prior notice and will be updated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world our customers are based at.

We charge international shipping on actuals at checkout as per the weight of the order.

Courier units are counted in kilos for international delivery by our courier company.

All orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of placing the order & making the payment unless otherwise specified in product description.

International Shipping rates are subject to change anytime without prior notice and will be updated at checkout. Our endeavor is to get you the best rates possible.

General Shipping

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition & in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier companies only. We use the regular delivery option for all courier shipments.

All orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of placing the order & making the payment unless otherwise specified in product description.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company as it is beyond our control.

We do not promise a delivery date on behalf of the courier company as it is dependent on a variety of factors and as such it is beyond our control.

Tracking details are emailed to you and you are responsible to track your own orders and follow up with the courier company.

Our products will always be packed in secure tamper proof packaging. In most countries, the package may be opened by the local Customs / concerned Authorities to verify its contents.

Please note based on the country of delivery, our courier company may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Additional taxes/import duties/customs/octroi/entry tax & charges (if any) levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the courier company for any such charges paid by the courier company on behalf of the customer. We cannot be held responsible if your order is on hold at customs for clearance.

All items in one cart will be shipped to one address only. If you need delivery to a different address please create a separate order.

Kindly reach out to us right away by email (abnormalisthenewnormal@gmail.com) if you are unable to track your order with tracking details emailed to you. Once order delivery has been confirmed by the Courier company, we assume the parcel has been delivered.
