Cancellation of Order
If you must cancel an order, please do so by email (abnormalisthenewnormal@gmail.com) within 2 -3 hours of placing the order as otherwise, the order may have been shipped or sent for production depending upon the product ordered.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped or has been sent for production, we will refund the entire amount.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or have been sent for production.
Refund, Returns & Exchange
At ab-normal.store we genuinely want our customers to be happy with their purchase & shopping experience. Buy with confidence that you are buying genuine handmade, handcrafted, handpainted products in pure handlooms that are unique & custom made.
International Shipments:
The package may be opened by your local Customs / concerned Authorities to verify its contents. Such opening and repacking of the package will not qualify for replacement as "bad condition or damaged" goods.
Therefore, following situations shall not be eligible for refunds, returns or exchange:
- Where there are slight aberrations in textile, printing, painting, embroidery and sewing that is normal in Handmade, Handcrafted products;
- Where there is physical damage to the packaging / box but not to the product;
- Where the product is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, price tags, description tags and/or all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Where the product colour seems different from the colour as seen on the computer and/or any hand-held device.
- Where the product may have fitting issues due to incorrect size ordered.
- Where the product has been used, worn, altered, washed or ironed.

No two pieces will ever be alike:
We work with Handlooms & all our products are Handcrafted with love by our talented artisans & masters. Since our making process is entirely by hand, slight aberrations in textile, printing, painting, embroidery and sewing are bound to happen and cannot be considered as “damaged.” No two pieces will be alike in anything Handmade & that makes each piece unique.
Colour Variations:
While we photograph only in natural light and try our best to make sure that the colours shown on our website are accurate, actual colours may vary a little. The precise colour of the product may vary due to colour variability in computers, laptops, screen monitors, mobiles, tablets and or other devices screen peculiarities or resolution. We try to give as many colour choices as possible per design & give you actual product swatches as colour options on our website. Please be aware that we will not be responsible if the colour is not what you expected it to be at the time of purchase. Because all our products are custom made and cannot be returned for reasons of colour, please make sure that you understand that colour variations are possible from our photography of the actual products.
Size:
We share our standard size chart for our stitched ready to wear range on our website. All our stitched products come with extra margin & stitches should you need to alter this. We also offer unstitched fabric with artwork appliqued for most of our designs as an option. We stitch as per your unique order that is a combination of Design, Fabric, Colour, Sleeves or Sleeveless so it is a custom made for you & cannot be returned for reasons of wrong size.
Refund, Returns & Exchange process
At AB-normal.store we believe in creating a great online, hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers so that you love shopping with us as much as you love our products. So, if you ever have to make an exchange with us, we have an extremely convenient exchange policy for your benefit.
FOR EXCHANGE,
Step 1:
Simply contact AB-normal.store Customer Care Team by writing an email to @abnormalisthenewnormal@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Step 2:
Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Care Team, the exchange item(s) should be self-shipped at your cost to our address in India.

After a quality check on the exchange item(s), we will deliver the new item(s) of your choice to your doorstep on usual shipping terms.
Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, if any.
FOR RETURNS,
Step 1:
Simply contact AB-normal.store Customer Care Team by writing an email to @abnormalisthenewnormal@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Provide bank details where you would like to receive a refund.
Step 2:
Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Care Team, the return item(s) should be self-shipped at your cost to our address in India.

After a quality check on the received return item(s), we will process your payment within 20 working days from the date of receipt.
All refunds will be reversed to your bank account as per details provided by you.
Exchange and Return Terms and Conditions
All items should be new, unused, and with the AB-normal.store brand tags on the garment still attached.
Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
The purchased item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We request you to ensure that they're packed properly for exchange or return to avoid damage and tampering on their way to us.
All exchange and return items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange or return request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange, credit and return policy.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and decline the refund & return request.
All exchange, return & refund requests are subject to the discretion of the AB-normal.store Team.
